Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains

Light, loamy sandy soil with structural gravel strips, partly consolidated into thick conglomerates. 400-500 m a.s.l. in south-west orientation.

Organic farming since 2017 according to Bio Austria standards. Reduced plant protection with copper, sulphur, nettle and field horsetail preparations and extracts (generally < 1.5 kg copper/year/hectare). We give the growth of our vines in the trusting hands of our vineyard team and thank all our beneficial insects for their support. Selective hand harvest into small harvest boxes on 30 August and 5 September 2022. Sulphur-free processing, maceration for 7 hours.
