Lage & Terroir:
Light, loamy sandy soil with structural gravel strips, partially consolidated into thick conglomerates. 400 - 500m above sea level in south-west orientation.
Anbau:
Organic farming since 2017 according to Bio Austria standards. Reduced plant protection with copper, sulphur, nettle and field horsetail preparations and extracts (generally < 1.5 kg copper/year/hectare). We give the growth of our vines in the trusting hands of our vineyard team and thank all our beneficial insects for their support. Selective hand-picking into small harvest boxes on 11 September 2019. Sulphur-free processing, whole bunch pressing.
